(1) What are Popcorn Hour Refurbished Products?
Popcorn Hour Certified Refurbished Products are units that were returned due to technical issues and underwent Popcorn Hour standard quality refurbishment process / QC prior to being available for sale as refurbished products.
Each Popcorn Hour Refurbished Product is:
- Fully tested including media playback over HDD & network
- Tested on all video outputs (CVBS, YPbPr-720p, HDMI-1080p) and USB ports
- Is refurbished with replacement parts for any defective parts identified in testing
- Repackaged with all original accessories - cables and power supply unit bundled
- Flashed with the most current firmware available during refurbishing procedures (You can update/download the latest firmware from our official website)
- Undergoes a final QC inspection in RMA center before ready to sell and ship to customer
(2) When I purchase a Popcorn Hour Refurbished Product, I will be assured
- Functional unit with complete support from Popcorn Hour support team and Popcorn Hour community forum (www.networkedmediatank.com)
- The defective components have been replaced by genuine Popcorn Hour components and completely tested
- The item is eligible to be sent back to the RMA center in USA for repairing/replacement within 90 days at no repair cost charged.
(3) Important notes
- Any modifications on the refurbished units will void the warranty.
- To be eligible for a refund, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number request must be submitted to Popcorn Hour no later than 15 days from the date the product was shipped. To request an RMA, register and login to support.popcornhour.com and create a new case stating you want a refund.
- If you experience any technical difficulties, you can open a support ticket by registering and logging into support.popcornhour.com and create a new case explaining the problem you have. If we determine that service is needed, an RMA will be issue to you.
- All the refurbished PCH accessories also entitled to 90 days warranty period.
(4) Order & Shipping notes
- Due to limited Refurbished stocks available, Popcorn Hour reserve the right to cancel any order if there are no stock available.

- Each tracking number will update to Google Checkout once we ship the order.
